Products can be returned if they meet the following conditions:

2. The return is initiated within 14 from the date of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

2. Opened or used items (unless defective).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and proof of purchase.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, for verified defective items.
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
After 6 hours, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
